Awkward: Lara Croft and Nathan Drake arrive at the same cursed temple

 

Nathan Drake swore under his breath when SHE showed up. They had an agreement. Drake gets to search all the abandoned shipwrecks and ancient Mayan ruins and Croft gets all the eastern Asia sites. Both of them showed up to the Easter Head Island temple of the cursed spirits hoping to get the jeweled crown of Princess Mutabi.

"Don't you have some raptor to hop around and shoot?" Drake said with frustration.

"Nice gunplay, platforming, and plot concept. So original and not borrowed from me at all," Lara rebutted.

As both ran to climb up the steep mountain the insults continued.

"Ya' know this is more of a mission that requires sleek camera controls and smooth mobility. You might want to sit this one out." Drake said, huffing

"You look tired. Do you need to take a five minute cutscenes break?"

For a brief moment, at the top of the mountain, both adventurers exchanged glances of respect.

"You look good. Did you get some extra pixel work done?" Drake commented.

"Tell Tom Holland I loved him in Spider-Man." Lara winked.
