Chris Pratt turns down role to play alligator in Frogger movie to focus on his Mario casting

 

Uwe Boll contacted Chris Pratt last Thursday to ask him to be in his film adaptation of Frogger. Mr. Pratt was being pegged as the lead alligator antagonist. Chris responded with gratitude, but then said his focus was on mastering his role as Mario.

When Uwe Boll tried to explain that the alligator would have an actual lines and a personality, Chris replied, "I know, I hate reading scripts."
