Spoiler alert: after checking several compartments, storage pockets and leg armor Samus can confirm that her car keys are in the orange suit. She swore she brought them with her. They were sitting right on the desk.
She has removed her armor several times, but they are not with her. She backtracked to a few earlier rooms to see if she dropped them. They are not in the extra missile room nor are they in the lava pit room. She thought about asking a Metroid if they had seen it, but she knows how futile that is.
"Effffffffff," she screams. She knows she will have to get an uber.
