James Gunn takes a note from game industry. Just going to Remaster Superman and Batman 80s movies.

 

James Gunn, the new Creative Director of the DC movie universe, is going to breathe new life into the comic book universe. Instead of worrying about new plots, exciting conflicts, and exciting action he will remaster the Superman and Batman movies of the 80s.

"I took this from the game industry and it seems to work really well. You can't make lightning strike, but you can make the old stuff look prettier."

He is assuring longtime DC fans that the new old movies will look stunning in theaters and be released on 4K discs six months after. Those who want to watch it on streaming will have to get the HBOMax Premium package.
